This is a shell awaiting counsel. The structure below is the outline the final terms will follow; the wording is not legal text and must be replaced before launch. Both documents are indexed here, with what is already true of the software underneath them.

The agreement

What is being provided, to whom, and on what basis.

Acceptable use

What the platform may and may not be used for.

Your data

You own it. We process it to provide the service, and we return or delete it when the agreement ends.

Service levels, where they apply, are set out in the order form.
